    Default Syracuse FanFare

I am looking for any Syracuse FanFare pieces out there.
    Coffee cups and saucers especially.
Any serving pieces (platter/gravy boat/butter dish) etc.

My dream is to complete a table setting for 8 places.
Any other collectors of FanFare out there, I'd love to
    hear from you.

Hi, haven't really checked in for awhile, but wanted to let you know that we listed a Syracuse Fanfare large serving platter on Ebay...it will end on the evening of September 6th. Hope it is what you are looking for....our Ebay seller name is eggsjunk.

    Have a great weekend,
    Deb & Barry

I actually looked at this creamer this afternoon, but decided as nice as it is, there are several more on auction right now that win out for my limited dollars. Sigh.

    Default Tussle? Forget about it!

    Susan,

You predicted accurately. I won the platter at $152 - I must be crazy. I just keep telling myself that I can afford to go buy any set of china I want, so this isn't so bad compared to new Rosenthal etc. Besides, way cooler and I've never seen a platter before. I envy those who collect Franciscan Starburst as there are so many available pieces. I'll stick with the road less travelled.

I received 3 dinner plate (10 3/8"), a lunch plate (9 1/8"), a 7 1/4" salad plate, and a 6 1/2" bread and butter plate this week. Last week, the butter dish without cover ( I think actually a celery dish) arrived.
I still have some more FanFare coming.

My major score of the week though was a complete setting for 8 of National Stainless Company Starette stainless flatware pattern in mint condition with all the serving pieces.

I'm keeping my eyes open for any covered sugar bowls that are uniquely Canuck - maybe you don't have any of those. Sort of like Maplex (Canadian brand of MelMac) and also I've found Syracuse China stamped 'Syracuse Canada' on the bottom. Let me know what you need and I'll keep my eyes open.

    Default Fanfare

    Hello,
Can anyone explain the design change seen here?

99% of the pieces I own have the same images with some clipped for smaller pieces i.e. creamers, monkey bowls, etc.
