    Default Open sugar pattern

all, this pattern looked familiar to me but I'm on the wrong track. Looked like a Montauk pattern or La Concha Hotel but it's not.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Lamberton Scammell always gives me a headache.

The scene looks like a beach .... or maybe it's just random?

It looked like a beach scene to me too. Some years back I had a possibly similar pattern for a hotel in CA and it sold quite well. Of course I don't remember either the hotel or the pattern.

Helen, I have had many pieces in this pattern over the years. It was made by both Scammell and Sterling. There are more pieces that I have found made by Sterling. I never remember any of them being marked with an ID. I carefully searched the Scammell database and though there are 3 different types of borders with oceans, waves and ships, this one is not noted or does not match the descriptions.

it sort of has the feeling of the La Salle hotel also...not it of course, but similar feel. I wonder if that is the one you were thinking of Helen?

TC thought it was sorta LaSalle also but I knew it was something different.

    Thanks, all!
