Default Ship or Yacht Club Flag

Before I start wading through the infinite number of yacht club or ship flags, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows this one right off hand? I know that I know this one, but can't recall it for anything. It is on a small oval baker.

The flag definitely looks like a yacht club. Unfortunately it is not a club that existed between 1905 and 1950 (at least it is not shown in Lloyds Register). I don't think its a real burgee.

Sandy,

Is there a date code on the back of the plate?? If so, it will give me a time frame to search my Lloyd's Registers.

Let me see if I can find what I did with this. It sat on the desk, right beside my computer for about 6 months and then I moved it somewhere. I'll find it and check out the backstamp.

Thanks Dick!

Found it! This dish is backstamped Grindley Hotal Ware, England with the crown above the name. No date code. I'm not familiar with Grindley backstamps, so I'm not sure of the age.
