(developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message. However, all posts here become property of the RWCN. The RWCN does not delete memberships upon request or mass delete posts.

You agree that you will not sign up under more than one ID without express written consent from the RWCN adminstration and is grounds for being permanently banned from this board. Additionally, banned members who return under new ID's will also automatically be banned.

We’re always looking for new photos to add that have been carefully researched, and we will make the assumption if you post a photo on this site that permission to use it on the ID pages is implied.
